I Just Bought Some Tickets…

Now I know that many people consider the summer as ‘concert season’ but I disagree. It seems like (at least here in Colorado) the fall is really when things pick up. Every weekend (nearly every night to be exact) there’s an excuse to go to a venue (Beta, Fox, Ogden or otherwise) and rage.your.face.off.

I like this. In fact I like this so much I find reasons to GO out every night and do JUST that. To be clear…this type of expense (on my wallet and liver) is definitely ‘in budget.’

To that end I will be seeing some of my favorite groups, Bloody Beetroots, Dada Life, Muse and Rusko all within 8 weeks from today.

This Wednesday, MSTRKRFT will be in Boulder playing at the Fox. If it’s possible to be even MORE excited for this show than Benassi, I AM. I’ve never seen these Canuckians live before and from what I’ve read, they put on a great concert.

I’m heading down to Denver to see Armin Van Buuren and Glenn Morrison tomorrow night. The show, with the slew of others this month is sure to not disappoint. How could it? AVB is one of the most popular DJ’s around: voted best DJ in the world twice by DJ Mag and has 30 million listeners that tune into ‘A State Of Trance.’
